1. Service Fees

1.1 Mainland Companies:

Catnyx Consultants' service fees for mainland company formation are non-refundable. In the event of rejection from the relevant authority or department, where Catnyx Consultants cannot proceed and issue a mainland license, a fee of AED 2,000 will be charged in addition to any government-related expenses already incurred. These amounts are non-refundable for any reason whatsoever.

1.2 Free Zone Companies:

Catnyx Consultants' service fees for free zone company formation are non-refundable. In case of rejection by the relevant authority or department, where Catnyx Consultants cannot proceed and issue a free zone license, 20% of the total package cost will be charged, along with any government-related expenses already incurred. These amounts are non-refundable for any reason whatsoever.

2. Government Fees

All government-related fees are subject to change without prior notice or consent. Clients must pay these fees in advance, along with any applicable typing or administrative charges.

3. Visas and Work Permits

Obtaining a business license does not guarantee approval of residence visas or work permits.

Residence Visa Approval: Subject to the approval of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs (GDRFA).
Work Permit Approval: Subject to the approval of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) or other relevant authorities.

4. Processing Time

The processing time for all applications depends on the relevant authority or department and may vary from the timeframes provided by Catnyx Consultants.

5. Documentation Requirements

Additional documents may be requested at any stage to comply with updated requirements from the authorities.

6. Approvals

Approval, rejection, or amendment of trade names and business activities is at the sole discretion of the relevant competent authority.

7. Third-Party Approvals

Certain business activities, including but not limited to healthcare, law, education, transportation, construction, contracting, engineering, and consulting, may require additional approvals from third-party bodies.

If the client appoints Catnyx Consultants to assist with obtaining such approvals, additional professional fees will apply.

Alternatively, the client may independently obtain the required approvals and submit them to Catnyx Consultants.

8. Nationality Restrictions

Certain restrictions based on nationality may apply as per the policies of the relevant authorities. In case of rejection or suspension of an application due to such restrictions, Catnyx Consultants shall not be held responsible.

9. Liability and Force Majeure

If an application is rejected, suspended, or delayed due to reasons beyond Catnyx Consultants' control, including but not limited to the authority’s discretion, updated regulations, or external circumstances, Catnyx Consultants shall not be held liable or considered in breach of its obligations.

10. Expiry and Termination

Catnyx Consultants reserves the right to terminate its services if the client provides false or misleading documents or information.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes arising between the parties, efforts shall be made to resolve them amicably. If amicable resolution fails, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. By engaging the services of Catnyx Consultants, the client agrees to adhere to the above terms and conditions.
